Being a fitness trainer or a fitness model is not an easy job, and behind that amazing fit look there are a lot of dedication …doing workouts everyday sticking with a strict diets and fighting the temptations for cheating is what get those amazing people their fit bodies and their flat abs and the sexy fit looks.

life isn’t always easy. I’ve moved to Dubai and whilst I have been super lucky to be staying with two friends and all round awesome girls we are all working different hours and living totally different lives.
They had a party at the apartment last night then went out partying around midnight and got back a few hours later to party again. It’s their apartment, they are celebrating a new job and time off work so of course they will be partying but I’m up at 5 for PT.
So after having about 2 hours sleep I got up, cleaned the apartment, prepped my meals, made a BIG STRONG black coffee and headed to work. I should have taken a photo of the chocolate bars, crisps, biscuits etc all in the apartment and whilst it would have been easy to eat biscuits with my coffee I know that anything like that will take me further away from my #goal not closer to it. life isn’t always easy and I’m learning that there is no point getting stressed about things in Dubai as they happen when they happen.
My point is that even though I’m tired and it will be tough to work and train today I will be thinking of this quote in my head all day. ‘The BIGGER the DREAM the harder the grind!’ I want to earn my place on the WBFF stage and feel proud of the struggles I’ve over come to get there. If it was easy everyone would do it. It takes time, dedication and PASSION. Winners simply do things losers aren’t prepared to do. If you get up with that attitude day after day, work for it and live with passion your dreams will no longer be dreams but they will be your reality that you have worked hard for, earned and deserve.
It’s really tempting when you see other fit friends or people doing their exercises, having a run or walk, or working out at the gym … and once you go to the gym for the first time and try to cope with the other people who are lifting and doing a lot of workouts and exercises and even normal Cardio workouts you feel it’s a bit harder than you though !
Everyone of those people you see at the gym was exactly at your positions at that day … the difference that they kept going day after day … and you won’t be sore anymore (unless you keep pushing yourself more and more each time you go to the gym) ..
Achieving your fitness and weight loss goals is not an hard task … it just needs your dedication and a strong will .. we all have this but some of us decide to quit too early.
Stay motivated and you should keep in mind that you earn your fit and healthy body and all you need to do is to be determined and willing to be sore ! … getting a sore muscles is a sign for you that you are on the right track and you are getting closer to achieve your healthy, fitness goals!.
Have an amazing gym workouts and enjoy the journey of having a flat stomach and a 6 pack abs.
Drinking Water is essential when you work out, it is great to help you lose weight and burn calories to get in shape ! …
And drinking water is great for the skin and cleaning it.
Sometimes we need a unique kind of motivation whether to drink water or to do workouts … even though that applied for both women and men when it comes to going to gym and doing workouts … this time we found a nice video for all of the ladies who wants to get fit and be in shape 😉
