So I often assign reverse crunches in my programs … And personally love doing these… But find most people confuse these with leg raises.

Reverse crunches are in my opinion much more challenging if done properly as they require MUCH more control.

How to Do Reverse Crunches Workout :

You should keep feet together and knees bent throughout the motion, lift leg and hips up and towards your head and SLOWLY lower WITHOUT swinging your legs. ???? this is a powerful move and super effective at activating transverse abdominus (inner layer of abs behind 6 pack) they can be done on bench or floor. —————————

Walking is considered an great workout for a lot of people as it doesn’t require a place or equipment or a specific time to do it, and it is safe!.
Many studies concluded that this simple for of exercises can reduce the chances of developing heart disease, stroke, and diabetes in different populations.
No matter how fast you walk it still has a lot of healthy benefits, however, fast walking (3 Miles/hour) (Brisk Walking) Helps to lose weight and control it more than slow walking does.

Also riding a bike gives the same benefits of fast walking as it makes the body more lean and give you more energy and makes you active.
A study been conducted to detect the relationship between the changes in the physical activity and the weight loss over 18,000 women in a period of 16 years. The women who increased their physical activity 30 minutes a day has gained less weight and lost more weight rather than the women who’s physical activity remained unchanged in that period. However, the practiced activity has made a big difference, the women who practiced walking (brisk walking) and bike riding with a suitable diet and healthy eating habits were more able to control their weight and maintain a fit body shape.
The Bike should be suitable for the body size, too large bikes or too high/low seat could hurt your back, neck, or knees.
Always use your helmet when you go biking and avoid bad weather.
