We all want to lose weight. But everyone is asking: who is ready to step out of their homes to go to the gym on a daily basis or taking a walk in your neighborhood or the park. The thought of going out the house just for a workout or exercise is itself a lazy idea. But regular exercise is must for a healthy body system and that can only happen if you take physical care of your body.

Just to let you know that as almost everyone of us Liz is had a full time job that has nothing to do with modeling or fitness or gyms 🙂 yet she managed to be fit and look amazing all the time and she’s getting ready for a competition (as far as we know !) … so yes this is the story of all of us … yet we don’t all take this choice to take care of our bodies and be fit and healthy as we should (and our bodies deserve) to be !

I’ve always loved to prove people wrong ! …. of course celebrities do a lot of workouts and exercises and sometime go with tough diets and hire personal trainers to have the fit and hot bodies we usually see them with. HOWEVER, this doesn’t mean that we need to do the same and hire people to make us take care of our own bodies and become fit and healthy !
How about doing all this on your own and prove people wrong ! … the minority are those celebrities who hire people to help them lose weight or get a flat stomach and give them diets and exercises routines to work on … but the Majority are the self motivated fit and strong people who do everything on their own and they are fit, healthy, and have a hot and sexy bodies.
Put your goal ahead of you … write it on a paper or on a current pic of yourself that you want to become more fit and healthy and give your body the care that it deserves and YOU deserve.
