If you have a goal, a dream, and a passion, you will wake up everyday full of determination and energy to make this dream becomes a reality.

Being a fitness trainer or a fitness model is not an easy job, and behind that amazing fit look there are a lot of dedication …doing workouts everyday sticking with a strict diets and fighting the temptations for cheating is what get those amazing people their fit bodies and their flat abs and the sexy fit looks.

Here’s a short post shared by Sarah, a Fitness Model and a personal trainer who is now in Dubai.

life isn’t always easy. I’ve moved to Dubai and whilst I have been super lucky to be staying with two friends and all round awesome girls we are all working different hours and living totally different lives.

They had a party at the apartment last night then went out partying around midnight and got back a few hours later to party again. It’s their apartment, they are celebrating a new job and time off work so of course they will be partying but I’m up at 5 for PT.

So after having about 2 hours sleep I got up, cleaned the apartment, prepped my meals, made a BIG STRONG black coffee and headed to work. I should have taken a photo of the chocolate bars, crisps, biscuits etc all in the apartment and whilst it would have been easy to eat biscuits with my coffee I know that anything like that will take me further away from my #goal not closer to it. life isn’t always easy and I’m learning that there is no point getting stressed about things in Dubai as they happen when they happen.

My point is that even though I’m tired and it will be tough to work and train today I will be thinking of this quote in my head all day. ‘The BIGGER the DREAM the harder the grind!’ I want to earn my place on the WBFF stage and feel proud of the struggles I’ve over come to get there. If it was easy everyone would do it. It takes time, dedication and PASSION. Winners simply do things losers aren’t prepared to do. If you get up with that attitude day after day, work for it and live with passion your dreams will no longer be dreams but they will be your reality that you have worked hard for, earned and deserve.

Squat Thrusts Workout – Exercise

Squat Thrust

Are you familiar with the Squat workout for toning your thighs and workouts ? That’s great ! Yet here the squat thrusts workout which is going to enhance your intensity and give you stronger resistance and a higher level of intensity for faster results and more toned and defined shape for your thighs and butt.

Doing this exercise is easy as 1, 2, 3 … Here’s how you can do it with Pictures 🙂

1- Start in a standing position, bend down forward over your toes, knees bent, and place your hands on the ground in front of you. Shift your weight onto your hands.

2- Jump back with both feet to a full plank position (push up exercise position). Make sure to keep your abs tight to prevent your hips from rising or sinking.

3- Jump your feet back toward your hands and stand up into a squat position again.

Create Health Daily

Every day is a new opportunity to create health for the mind, body and spirit. Our bodies constantly renew and repair. Our red blood cells, for example, regenerate every 28 days and we get a new liver every 6 months. That’s why we need to include daily practices and take it one step at a time. Here are my first steps for better mind, body and spiritual health:

Body health – reduce the No. 1 killer – sugar and processed packaged foods – support your local farmers and switch to organic farming. It’s about time to start paying the farmer, not the doctor.

Mind health – practice being present and breathing for 5 min a day – give your mind a break and watch how your intuition gets stronger and you make better decisions.

Spirit health – start loving and accepting yourself the way you are. Often what we think of as wrong with us are only our expressions of our own individuality. Nature never repeats itself. We are meant to be different. There are people out there looking for exactly what you have to offer. Let them know you exist. Take care of yourself and life will do the same for you:).

It’s really tempting when you see other fit friends or people doing their exercises, having a run or walk, or working out at the gym … and once you go to the gym for the first time and try to cope with the other people who are lifting and doing a lot of workouts and exercises and even normal Cardio workouts you feel it’s a bit harder than you though !

Everyone of those people you see at the gym was exactly at your positions at that day … the difference that they kept going day after day … and you won’t be sore anymore (unless you keep pushing yourself more and more each time you go to the gym) ..

Achieving your fitness and weight loss goals is not an hard task … it just needs your dedication and a strong will .. we all have this but some of us decide to quit too early.

If you just found out that you are pregnant then I’m sure it passed to your mind the thought of gaining some weight during your pregnancy and how you are going to get back in shape afterwards. Some women think that pregnancy means to stop doing exercises, well, the good news is they are absolutely wrong.

In fact consistent exercise during pregnancy can minimize aches, help you sleep better, and lower risk of gestational diabetes and depression.

Others may be worried that exercise can cause a miscarriage, but there is no evidence to support this .Especially if they did these exercises the right way, which we have in here:.

What are the exercises and workouts that a pregnant woman can do ? here is some of the great workouts that you can do during your pregnancy without any effect on your health or your coming baby child 🙂 :

1- Walking:

Walking is one of the most safe option of exercises during all days of pregnancy and refreshing way if you do your walking outdoors in the morning.

2- Pilates

*Pilates exercises helps maintain your abdominal muscle tone, minimize back pain and give you more oomph for pushing during labor.

* Avoid mat exercises after your third month because so much work is done lying on your back, but You can still do the side-lying leg work, upper-body exercises and stretches.

3- Weight training

Weight training during pregnancy is a bit tricky and you should follow the below mentioned instructions below and read this article till the end:

* Use light weights to avoid putting too much strain on your joints, as they loosen during pregnancy.

* Don’t hold breath when you lift weights, it’s important that you keep breathing smoothly in all the exercises you are doing (whether you were pregnant or not) !

* Avoid jumps and sudden changes in direction.

* Avoid lifting weights while lying on your back after the first 3 months of your pregnancy.

* after the third month sit down to lift weights because standing in one position can lead to a drop in blood pressure and make you feel dizzy.

* avoid lifting weights over your head in the last three months.

4- Water Aerobics

This is a comfortable option, it puts no strain on Your joints, you won’t over-heat , won’t fall or feel so heavy like a big clod.

Avoid the sudden moves and of course don’t get into the water unless you are comfy about its temperature.

Your child is going to enjoy this as much as you will 🙂

“But be sure to wear aqua shoes so you don’t slip on the bottom of the pool”

Finally remember: keeping fit during pregnancy is a good start and much faster way to have your body back in shape after giving birth. However, It is important to consult with your doctor before doing any exercises because each woman has her own conditions and the information / workouts presented here might not suit everyone.
